Tasty Christmas Gifts!

Last year for Christmas I made a Southwestern Rub and Macadamia Nut Cookie Jars to give out as gifts!  I paired the Cookie Jars with a cookbook!

For the Southwestern rub I saved spice jars throughout the year.  I bought sticker labels from the office store.  Mixed the ingredients together and poured in the spice jars and slapped on labels!  I use this rub all the time!  It’s delicious!

Anthropologie Inspired Knotted Quilt

This quilt is beautiful and not very difficult to make.  One of the girls I nanny for wanted this quilt from Anthropology.  After some searching she found a tutorial online.   We bought a king duvet at IKEA for around $20.  Some jersey cotton sheets from Target, lots of pins, and a sewing machine we made this quilt.  I enjoyed making the quilt so much.  I made a smaller version using a baby blanket!  This was a fun project!
